Samuel A. Rodabough

Sam is an associate at the firm. His practice emphasizes land use and environmental issues related to local, state, and federal regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and permitting. He also advises clients with respect to residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, easements, and leases, among others.

Before joining Groen Stephens & Klinge LLP, Sam served as a judicial clerk to Justice James M. Johnson of the Washington State Supreme Court. He was also an associate with the Pacific Legal Foundation at its Northwest Center in Bellevue, Washington.
